It's official, Right at Home Maidenhead are a Five Star Employer 2022

Homecare provider Right at Home Maidenhead is delighted to share that it has been awarded 5* Employer status. The accolade is a result of its annual anonymised CareGiver satisfaction survey, run by independent researcher, WorkBuzz.
Right at Home Maidenhead, which is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission for the second time, the independent regulator for health and social care, offers high-quality care services to people in the comfort of their own home across Maidenhead, Marlow, Burnham, Henley and Windsor areas. Services include companionship, personal care, respite care, live in care and dementia care. The business opened in April 2013 and employs over 50 CareGivers.
In the survey, the provider achieved 94% for Engagement and 93% for Leadership, we also received a 90% satisfaction for Wellbeing and 90% from support from the office.
