Palwinder wins Carer of the Year for Prestigious National Awards

One of our clients relatives Palwinder has won a prestigious carer of the year award for looking after his mother who is 90 and living with dementia. Palwinder was nominated by his daughter who sees first hand every day how Palwinder looks after his mother.
The group were invited to meet Community and Care minister Alistair Burt MP at an exclusive reception after they were named 2016 Carers of the Year.
In recognition of their achievements the six winners were given a guided tour of No 10, with an opportunity to put their questions to those in power.
Right at Home assists Palwinder in giving him respite for a couple of hours everyday.
