Congratulations to Rimi Sidhu Right at Home’s Assistant Manager who has completed her Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
She is really proud and has eaten half a cake to celebrate!
Among the subjects covered were Understanding the Process and Experience of Dementia, Promote professional development, lead and manage a team within a health and social care setting. Develop procedures and practice to respond to concerns and complaints, manage health and social care practice to ensure positive outcomes for individuals.
