She explains a bit about herself and working in care and for Right at Home.

My name is Shaila and I have four children.
I like to work with people who need help and I go to them they make me happy and I'll make them happy.

How did you find out about us?
My friend recommend me.

How do you find us to work for as an employer?
Brilliant.

How do you find your colleagues in the community?
Very nice, lovely. Very happy with them. Whenever I go, my clients are very very nice.

How do you find the training?
It was good because I start this job first time and I learnt.

Have you got any stories you want to tell us about your clients?
How you how you found them to start with and how you find them now?
I go to a client she has a dementia and she was very nice lady. Sometimes she forget things but we love to stay with her and take her out. She's very happy when we do shopping with her. We go for coffee and she's lovely and very happy.

I feel that I'm making a difference into somebody's life.

Had you delivered care before? Had you worked for a care company?
Never. This is my first company.

Do you have personal experience of care?
Yes it was like with my mom. She was very in my country and I look after her. There was only me looking after her and I thought it's like when they need somebody when they are not well or something we need to help them and I would love to. That's why I started working with Right at Home. I like it I don't want to leave this company. I love to work with the people who need help.
