Survey Results 2019

These were the results from the most recent buzz survey, the most positive results indicate that 100% of our caregivers would recommend us, are clear about what is expected of them in their job and would rate their initial training as “good” or “excellent”.
The areas in which were not 100% and the percentage had reduced from the last survey an action plan was put into place. This was to ensure these areas were acted upon to improve these results in our next survey in 6 months time. Our action plan to improve these results is below:
