Two Right at Home Live in CareGivers were inducted in May to deliver our Cognitive Support Program to their clients. The basis of the program is that each of their clients are focusing on minimising symptoms of dementia and cognitive decline. When it comes to the care of your loved one, only the right care will do… and that’s where Right at Home comes in.
