A Maidenhead homecare provider is headed to a national final after being crowned one of the South East’s best small businesses.
Right at Home Maidenhead fought off strong competition to be handed the Franchise Award for the region by the Federation of Small Business (FSB) Celebrating Small Business Awards 2024.
The award recognises the provider’s dedication to delivering exceptional care and support in people’s own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Right at Home Maidenhead has now been automatically entered into the national finals of the FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards, which will take place on May 9 at Blackpool’s iconic Winter Gardens.

A judging panel praised the provider’s success within the Right at Home UK franchise network, marked by its significant growth, operational excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The franchise opened in April 2013 and now employs a team of 50 compassionate and highly trained staff who deliver a range of services in people’s homes, from personal care and companionship, through to 24-hour live-in care.
Right at Home Maidenhead was rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission for the second time in December 2021.
