We win Five Star Employers status!

Right at Home Maidenhead is recognised as a 5* Employer.
Homecare provider Right at Home Maidenhead is delighted to share that it has been awarded 5* Employer status. The accolade is a result of its annual anonymised CareGiver satisfaction survey, run by independent researcher, WorkBuzz.
Right at Home Maidenhead, which is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator for health and social care, offers high-quality care services to people in the comfort of their own home across Maidenhead, Marlow, Burnham, Henley and Windsor areas. Services include companionship, personal care, respite care, live in care and dementia care. The business opened in April 2013 and now employs 50 CareGivers.
In the survey, the provider achieved 94% for Engagement and 94% for being proud to work for Right at Home, we also received a 93% satisfaction for training and development and 95% from support from the office.
Speaking on the award win, Right at Home’s Managing Director and Owner, Scott MacRae, Right at Homes Director is delighted to win this award it means a great deal to myself and my team, the efforts of the team during the pandemic have been truly Outstanding. We all new that our staff have been super heroes but over the past year the whole nation has applauded the job they do. This award is all the more special this year given the challenges over the past 12 months.
