Come and visit our informational stand at the ‘Opening Doors to Dementia’ event at Rochester Cathedral during Dementia Action Week. This is event is jointly hosted by ‘Medway Dementia Action Alliance’ and ‘Rochester Anna Chaplaincy’ for those wishing to know more about living with Dementia, and the help available in the Medway towns. The event is free of charge and all are welcome to attend.
