Right at Home Medway are delighted to be part of a Dementia awareness event hosted by the Medway Dementia Action Alliance and Rochester Anna Chaplaincy. This is our last reminder before the event tomorrow.
WHAT: Opening Doors to Dementia
WHEN: Tuesday 28th May 2019, 10:30 am – 3:30 pm
WHERE: Rochester Cathedral, Garth House, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1SX.
WHY: The goal is to provide a free event with several speakers and activities to help understand living with Dementia. For those who are living with such a disease, it is an opportunity to see first hand some of the resources locally available, and to learn how it is possible to live well with Dementia.
We will have an informational table at this event, so why not come along and join us for a chat. We hope to see you there.
