Right at Home Medway is recognised as a 5* Employer.
Homecare provider Right at Home Medway is delighted to share that it has been awarded 5* Employer status. The accolade is a result of it's annual anonymous CareGiver satisfaction survey, run by independent researcher, WorkBuzz.
Right at Home Medway, which is rated Good overall (and Outstanding for our responsiveness) by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator for health and social care, offers high-quality care services to people in the comfort of their own home throughout the Medway Towns. Services include companionship, personal care, respite care, live-in care and specialist dementia care. The business opened in July 2018 and now employs well over 50 CareGivers.
In the survey, we achieved 100% in 6 of the 7 categories, and 97% in 1 category. Furthermore we have been able to consistently attract talented staff during these challenging times, and our retention rate for staff employed in 2022 stands at 86%.
Our Managing Director and Owner, Grantley Lynch, is delighted to win this award, it means a great deal to him and our team, the efforts of the team during the pandemic have been truly Outstanding. We all knew that our staff have been super heroes but over the past year the whole nation has applauded the job they do. This award is all the more special this year given the challenges over the past 12 months.
