Right at Home Mid Cheshire win 5* Employee award

Right at Home Mid Cheshire is delighted to share that it has been awarded 5* Employer status. The accolade is a result of an annual anonymous CareGiver satisfaction survey, run by independent researcher, WorkBuzz. 94% of staff completed the survey, which saw a 93% employee engagement score.
Right at Home Mid Cheshire offers high-quality care services to people in the comfort of their own home across Northwich and the surrounding villages. Our services include companionship, personal care, respite care and dementia care. The business opened in July 2020 and now employs 20 CareGivers.
In the survey, Right at Home Mid Cheshire achieved 100% for its Covid response, with staff saying they received enough support during the pandemic and were provided with the tools and equipment to do their job safely. Staff rated training and support at 100%.
