Julie Harris

I have worked for right at home since June 2021 after a lifetime career in the Health and Social Care environment. I have not looked back since I joined the team.

I like the way they all collaborate and work together in a totally person-centred way for each client and each member of the team.

I am the training co-ordinator so have quite a bit of interaction with all staff on a regular basis. And I feel that training plays a massive part in the service and if delivered in a positive way people will want to go on and learn more, increasing their knowledge and helping to provide a better-quality service for the people we support.

When I am not at work, I like to spend time with my family, children, grandchildren who are my world.
