Throughout the earlier part of my working life, I held a variety of roles in financial reconciliation and administration, acquiring a number of business and book-keeping qualifications along the way. Eighteen years ago, I left day-to-day employment so that I could focus on bringing up our two young children.
I later became a Teaching Assistant at the children’s primary school, enjoying a role where I really felt as if I was able to make a difference, and which I continued until we decided to set up the business.
