Jade Loach

I have always loved helping others, and I started working in childcare after leaving college and grew personally and professionally over the 11 years, starting as an assistant and then going on to becoming a team leader. After a while I decided it was time for a change, I still wanted to be working helping others, and when a CareGiver role came up at Right at Home Mid Sussex,  I jumped at the chance.

After meeting the team, learning about what they do and understanding their ethos, it was clear that this was the path I wanted to take. I joined Right at Home as a caregiver and absolutely loved the role, meeting new clients and learning some fascinating things about them has been such a joyous experience. 9 months into my caregiver role, an opportunity arose to become a senior carer, which I am thoroughly enjoying. 

Away from work I love spending time with family, long dog walks with my little Jack Russell and enjoying a beverage or two in a pub garden!
