Natalie Crabtree

I was born in Stockport and lived in many areas of England, but now feel very settled in Sussex. 

I have always been interested in Care and have been working with adults with learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviour for the last 18 years, ending up as a Registered Manager in the residential sector. Having completed my NVQ Level 5 in Care Leadership and Management, I was thrilled with the opportunity to establish this newly created position, supporting the RM and delivering and developing first-class training.

Away from work, I enjoy country pursuits, spending time with dogs and horses and Sunday afternoons in a country pub !
