Hello, I'm Grant.

Before moving into the care sector, I worked in operations and finance. While I enjoyed the challenge of business, I felt a strong desire to do something more meaningful — work that would allow me to use my skills while making a real difference to people’s lives.

Joining the care sector has given me the opportunity to do exactly that. I’m passionate about ensuring that people in our community can continue living safely and independently in the homes they love, supported by a compassionate and professional team.

I’ve lived in North Somerset for the past decade with my wife, our two boys and our beagle. At the weekends, you’ll find us out walking in our local woods or enjoying a slice of cake at one of our favourite independent coffee shops.
