Right at Home North Somerset wins Highly Commended at national awards

We are thrilled to be able to share that Right at Home North Somerset was awarded Highly Commended for Best Team Support at the Home Care Awards in March!

We were up against some truly excellent home care companies from across the country, and the awards themselves aim to be the benchmark of excellence for UK home care companies - so being recognised by them was amazing! Home care is a growing industry in the UK, and continues to be extremely competitive, making this recognition all the more meaningful.

Grant Attwood, our Managing Director said: “I was incredibly proud of our team receiving this award. Led by our Development and Wellbeing manager, our whole team takes staff wellbeing and recognition very seriously. It is a strategic objective at the highest level, to ensure our entire team is well supported.”

Micala Small, our Registered Manager, said: “What a great event and way to showcase the work from our Training and Development team.
“Our goal is for our staff to feel valued and supported, it is a huge accomplishment for this to be recognised. We are always looking for ways to appreciate and support our staff, caring is a hard role but with the right support we aim to remove some of the pressure life and work can throw at you.”
