Grant celebrates five years of service
This month we’ve been celebrating five years of service from our visionary Managing Director, Grant.
Five years ago, he set sail on this incredible journey, and thanks to his hard work and commitment, we’ve transformed into a five-star service delivering high-quality, person-centred care. His leadership has positively impacted countless lives across North Somerset and Somerset.
Here’s to many more years of success and compassionate care!

This month we also celebrated three years of service from the lovely Leeann. She has been an invaluable member of the Right at Home North Somerset team, consistently demonstrating her reliability and enthusiasm.
Her commitment to going above and beyond for her Clients has made a remarkable impact, earning her the trust and appreciation of those she cares for.
Training with a twist
Our new CareGivers have been diving into their manual handling training during their induction week this month.
Our four day induction is not just about learning the essentials, it’s packed with fun activities and engaging sessions that prepare them to become competent and compassionate CareGivers. From hands-on skills to team-building exercises, we ensure our new team members are ready to make a positive impact!
Welcome aboard, everyone!
Spreading kindness
On November 13, we celebrated World Kindness Day by taking joy and gifts to the wonderful clients and staff at Weston Hospicecare. This small act of appreciation is a reminder that kindness can make a significant impact in our communities. Together, let’s continue to spread love and compassion every day!
Client feedback
We’re incredibly grateful to receive a recent five star review from one of our wonderful clients. It always makes our day to hear positive feedback as it confirms to us that we’re doing our jobs right and it motivates us to continue providing exceptional care.
