Local Memory Cafés
Memory Cafes offer a wealth of benefits for those living with dementia and their families. Providing a safe and welcoming space for social interaction, they can reduce feelings of isolation. Engaging activities can help stimulate cognitive abilities and boost mood, while family carers can connect with others facing similar challenges and access valuable information and support.
Overall, well run memory cafes can significantly improve quality of life for both individuals with dementia and their family carers.
