This week, Right at Home Oxford hosted a vital event on Basic Life Support with a focus on choking at St. John's Hall in Kidlington. 🔔 🔔  The session was designed to equip members of our community with the essential skills needed to recognize and respond effectively to choking incidents, a critical life-saving skill everyone should have.

During the event, attendees learned what choking is, the signs to watch out for, and the steps to take when someone is choking. It was more than just a lecture; participants had the opportunity to engage in hands-on practice, ensuring they left the session not only informed but also confident in their ability to act in a real-life emergency.❤️ ❤️ 

Seeing our community come together to learn and support one another was truly heartwarming.
