Two Weeks to Go: Our Team Gears Up for The Great South Run

Published: 07/10/2024

With just two weeks remaining, anticipation is high as three of our dedicated office team members—Gabrielle, Emma, and Niamh—prepare for the iconic 10-mile challenge of The Great South Run. This year’s event is expected to attract over 20,000 runners, all striving towards personal goals while supporting causes close to their hearts.

Gabrielle will be running to raise vital funds for the MS Society Isle of Wight, a charity dedicated to providing care and support to those living with multiple sclerosis. Their work is crucial in delivering resources and research to improve the lives of those affected by this complex condition.

On the other hand, Emma and Niamh are running for a Domestic Violence Charity, standing in solidarity with survivors of domestic abuse and advocating for more comprehensive support networks. Their participation highlights the need for continued awareness, funding, and outreach to provide safety and resources for those affected by domestic violence.

As our trio trains hard for the race, we want to wish them the best of luck for the big day. Whether it’s braving the autumn weather, pushing through that final mile, or raising much-needed funds, we know they’ll cross that finish line with pride and determination.

We’re incredibly proud of their efforts, and as race day approaches, there’s still time to support these worthy causes. Every donation, big or small, will help make a difference. Let’s cheer them on as they lace up their running shoes for this fantastic cause!

Good luck, Gabrielle, Emma, and Niamh—we’ll be rooting for you all the way!
