Ruth Martin

Ruth joined Right at Home Reading & Wokingham in December 2022 as Recruitment Coordinator. 

Based at our office in Twyford, Ruth loves being part of, and helping to grow the team. She finds playing her part in helping to make a difference to the lives of our clients very rewarding.

On a day to day basis Ruth works closely with Leisa, our Registered Manager, posting vacancies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, through to making offers. She supports our new CareGivers until they have successfully completed their induction and shadowing and enjoys seeing them flourish in their roles.

When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and loves taking her dog, a beagle called Poppy, on walks in the local countryside.
