The Twyford Berkshire-based Right at Home office has once again been recognised with a '5-star employer' award for 2020.

Right at Home Reading & Wokingham District, has been awarded "5 STAR EMPLOYER" for the second consecutive year, following a recent survey of Right at Home Clients and CareGivers all over the UK.

WorkBuzz, the independent research firm that executed the RightCare surveys, makes these awards to the top performing employers based on surveys they run for hundreds of clients, across numerous industries.

Commenting on the recognition, Right at Home Reading & Wokingham District owner and Managing Director, Kevin Lancaster, said: “I am really proud that for the second year running, we have been recognised as a 5*Star Employer and won this award. At Right at Home here in Twyford, we strongly believe that by caring for our team and ensuring they get the best support in doing the amazing work they do, results in the best care for our clients all over Wokingham District and nearby Reading. Our CQC Rating of Outstanding for Caring and our ongoing top rankings and heart-warming comments on the independent homecare.co.uk client review website show that this strategy is working."

Right at Home UK CEO, Ken Deary, added: “We know our staff are our most important asset and without them, we couldn’t do what we do. We therefore commit to carrying out the WorkBuzz surveys year-on-year, in order to strive for continuous improvement.

Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz, said of the 5 Star recognition: “For several years, we’ve been helping leading organisations gather feedback from their employees, improve employee engagement and reduce staff turnover. Through the WorkBuzz 5 Star Employer awards, we will now be able to recognise employers who are truly leading employee engagement to improve the working lives of their people.

Kevin Lancaster added: "I'd like to thank all of our fabulous team for the huge extra effort they have been putting in during these difficult times - helping to support our clients and each other in the amazing work they are doing day in day out during the Covid crisis. The entire team has been just great. Every one of our Caregivers has stepped up to the extra challenges of keeping our lovely clients safe at this time - as the truly dedicated keyworkers they are."
