Local Right at Home wins "5*STAR EMPLOYER" Award for 3rd Consecutive Year

Right at Home Reading & Wokingham District announced in April 2021 that for the 3rd year running, it has been awarded an individual 5*Star Employer Award.

Each year, Right at Home UK engages WorkBuzz - a highly respected independent market research firm which specialises in HR and employee engagement - to anonymously survey every member of staff in each of the Right at Home branches all over the UK.

Your local branch, based in Twyford Berkshire and serving clients in Reading and all over the Wokingham District area, achieved an overall employee satisfaction/engagement score of 98%, based on a 100% response rate to the anonymous survey sent to every member of the team.

Commenting on this outstanding feedback, Managing Director and owner of Right at Home Reading & Wokingham District, Kevin Lancaster said "I am beyond proud of such a stunning result in this years survey. To get this level of positive feedback from our team, for the 3rd year running, while they have been working so hard to keep our clients (and each other) as safe as possible during the global Covid-19 pandemic is very humbling.

I am so thankful to those team members who have stepped up like never before, and despite all the additional pressures and personal challenges over the last year, and my wonderful office team who have worked tirelessly to support those CareGivers doing such tremendous work for their community."

We have all had to cope with a whole set of circumstances that were new to us all, but the way the team has pulled together (in a socially distant way of course!) and worked with me to do everything we possibly can to keep everyone safe has been just amazing.

To have managed to keep our standards so high in that situation was not easy - but our amazing team has managed it. And while this award is for 'the company', I actually think this just goes to show what a 5 Star collection of CareGivers we have at Right at Home. So I want to thank them (and their families) for the support they have given Kevin and Me all year long, while working incredibly hard through lockdowns and waves and surges of this horrible virus".
