5*Star Employer 2023 Award, makes it 5/5 for Right at Home in Twyford
For the 5th Consecutive Year, following an anonymous survey of all the Right at Home staff in the UK, Right at Home’s Twyford office recognised as a “5*STAR EMPLOYER” by employment engagement specialists, WorkBuzz.

Independent research company, Workbuzz surveyed 1,701 Right at Home team members across the UK in the homecare provider’s annual anonymous survey. Your local Reading & Wokingham District branch was one of 31 individual Right at Home offices to be awarded local 5 Star Employer status following the surveys in 2023, topping the Right at Home internal charts, with a 100% Engagement score based on a 100% response rate (that is, every single local employee responded to the survey).
To win an award like this is rare in any industry, but especially in Care.
