Celebrating 2024 Care Giver Awards at Right at Home Reigate and Crawley

As 2024 comes to an end, we at Right at Home Reigate and Crawley proudly reflect on our End-of-Year Awards ceremony. This special event recognised the dedication and exceptional contributions of our caregivers. We were honoured to have the Mayor and Mayoress join us, whose encouragement and participation, including picking the raffle winners, brought festive cheer to the celebration.

Honouring Excellence: Caregiver of the Year Awards

Greta – Caregiver of the Year 2024

Greta, a valued team member for over three years, was awarded Caregiver of the Year. Working part-time, she consistently embodies the values of Right at Home, building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of her clients.

Evar – Live-In Caregiver of the Year

Evar’s outstanding flexibility and positivity were recognised as she received the Live-In Caregiver of the Year award. Supporting a couple through evolving circumstances, Evar’s dedication to providing personalised care and acting in her clients' best interests highlights the heart of live-in caregiving.

Alison – New Caregiver of the Year

Alison, who joined our team just seven months ago, has quickly become an asset. Her supportive nature and ability to build trust have brought immense comfort to clients and their families. Alison’s compassionate approach sets her apart as a true professional.

Special Recognition Awards

This year, two remarkable team members were honoured with Special Recognition Awards:

• Xanelle: A cherished team member for over six years, Xanelle consistently goes above and beyond for clients and colleagues with her kindness and dedication.

• Emily: Emily’s exceptional organisational skills and proactive approach to recruitment ensure smooth operations. Her positivity and ability to go the extra mile make a lasting impact on our team, clients, and business.

A Heartfelt Celebration

The awards ceremony was a joyful occasion filled with gratitude. Each caregiver received a Christmas gift as a token of appreciation, and the Mayoress added excitement by announcing the raffle winners. It was a perfect way to celebrate the unwavering commitment of our team.
