GEM – Going the Extra Milen
Our wonderful team go beyond the call of duty every day to ensure that our clients not only have the care they need but to complete those little extra things that really make the difference to their lives.
Each month, we select one outstanding team member who has stepped up in exceptional ways to be the GEM of the month (Going the Extra Mile).
