Right at Home Reigate and Crawley is the proud recipient of a 5* Employer Award 2022.
Previously, Right at Home Reigate and Crawley were awarded 5* Employer award in 2019, 2021, This award followed its network’s annual anonymised CareGiver Satisfaction Survey results, administered by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.
19 CareGivers took part in the Satisfaction Survey and highlights from the report include:
- 100% of CareGivers feel proud to work for Right at Home.
- 100% of CareGivers understand the goals, vision and values of Right at Home.
- 100% of CareGivers agree that the outstanding performance is appropriately recognised at Right at Home

Speaking on the results of the CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, Apurva Sharma, Managing Director, of Right at Home Reigate and Crawley said: We are fortunate to have an incredible team of caregivers and the admin team who have continued to always go beyond their call of duty. Without their dedication and support providing the care and expanding the business would have not been possible. I am very pleased to see the results from the employee survey, even though we have been awarded the 5* employer status, we would continue to make improvements and support the team as best possible.
Each year, Right at Home also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey, to enable continuous improvement in its offering to Clients and their families. This year, 19 clients who receive care from Right at Home Reigate and Crawley took part in the survey with some outstanding results, including:
- 88% of Clients agreed their CareGivers have an excellent understanding of their care needs.
- 94% of the clients agreed that the care givers make an positive difference to their lives.
Clients were also able to leave comments with feedback on the care they receive and their CareGivers. Some of the comments written by Clients and their families include:
“Well matched carers to my wife’s needs who do the job well and seem genuinely caring and concerned for her welfare”.
“They provide a very efficient service and are wonderfully responsive if/when we raise any concerns”.
“Right at Home provide great value, responsive and compassionate homecare. For example taking extra care if a client has been in hospital to help settle back home. Changing the visit time if given enough notice to accommodate appointments, monitoring for when prescriptions are required, and reporting any day to day concerns about the client's health to the next of kin”.
Apurva Sharma added: “We aim to continue making a difference to the clients and the families that we support and we hope that we will continue to reflect and learn from the feedback and make positive changes”.
Right at Home UK has also been awarded an accolade as a 5* Employer , for the fourth consecutive year. A total of 1,637 CareGivers from across the network participated in the survey, with 20 individually owned and operated Right at Home offices achieving 5* Employer status.
