Shams Ilyas

Shams is a General Practitioner and has extensive experience in social care. His role involves not only providing medical care but also addressing the broader social and emotional needs of his patients. This dual focus allows him to offer comprehensive care that improves overall well-being. His ethos for running any company is very simple, the client and staff are at the heart of everything we do, we listen, we act and then we offer something more. We want our clients to feel special and important and our staff to feel valued, happy and well trained, ensuring they have all the tools they need to be excellent.

Shams decided to enter the care industry after having personal and professional experience of the care industry. He saw that most Care Givers seemed rushed and not able to give the levels of care they wanted to give. He therefore decided to enter the industry, but with a different approach – no short calls to clients, no unrealistic scheduling and no minimum wage for his staff. He believes this is a winning formula for delivering the very best standards in care.
