Right at Home Sefton is recognised as a 5* Employer.
Homecare provider Right at Home Sefton is delighted to share that it has been awarded 5* Employer status. The accolade is a result of its annual anonymised CareGiver satisfaction survey, run by independent researcher, WorkBuzz.
Right at Home Maidenhead, which is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission and Outstanding in Care, offers high-quality care services to people in the comfort of their own home across Maghull, Formby, Bootle, Crosby, and Southport areas. Services include companionship, personal care, respite care, live in care and dementia care. The business opened in 2017 and now employs over 50 CareGivers.
Speaking on the award win, Right at Home’s Managing Director and Owner, Shams Ilyas was delighted to win this award it means a great deal to myself and my team, the efforts of the team during the pandemic have been truly Outstanding. We all new that our staff have been super heroes but over the past year the whole nation has applauded the job they do. This award is all the more special this year given the challenges over the past 12 months.
