Our Homecare Services in Hamble

• Hourly Support Calls – Hourly Support Calls is our bread and butter. We support clients in Fareham, Gosport, Southampton & New Forest East, with all aspects of their daily routine. We can support with Showering, Dressing, Meals, Medication and anything else.
• Companionship Support – We support our clients with company and visits when this is what they want. We often take our clients out for walks, trips to restaurants etc (when we are allowed!). Loneliness is such a huge issue in the elderly community. Ensuring that our clients receive some form of companionship is so good for their mental health.
• Live-In Care - This is a service that has become increasingly popular over the last few years. Clients who do not want to move into care homes and need high levels of support can benefit from this. Quite simply, one of our amazing CareGivers in the Hamble  area will come and live with you or your loved one, 24 hours a day . They can support with all aspects of their day/night routine.

What Makes us Different? 

We offer a variety of Homecare services to seniors and adults with both physical and mild learning disabilities in and around the Hamble area. Our services are customised to every individual through a Personalised Care Plan and are provided by our highly-trained CareGivers who are the best of the best.

• Visits are never rushed – our preferred visit time is a minimum of one hour. Unlike other care companies that provide 15 minute Care Calls, we provide a minimum of an hour; we found that in order to provide premium-quality Homecare, 15 minutes is not enough. 
• Our CareGivers are carefully matched to our clients based on their interests and personality. And all of our CareGivers are introduced to clients, in a Shadowing visit, before they begin delivering Care
• We have a professional dress code but do not wear a uniform, as we recognise that some of our Clients would prefer a discreet service when we accompany them out and about in the local community in Fareham, Gosport, Southampton & New Forest East
• We are quick to react, vigilant in our duty of care and always aim to leave our Care Calls by leaving a smile on our Clients' faces!
