Hey, my name is Mark; I am one of the Care Coordinators at Right at Home Solent. Before this role, I worked as a Pharmacy Advisor, and having no experience with an office environment and limited administration skills, I have received absolute support from the Right at Home Team from day one.

As a Care Coordinator, I ensure that all our Clients receive the care they need; whilst considering our CareGivers' well-being and happiness, from the hours they have to the Clients they see. The job requires a lot of attention and awareness, and it can be challenging to juggle calls and ensure everybody is covered. I strive to develop my skills in challenging environments, and sometimes I look for more responsibilities by taking up new tasks and projects!

Originally from the Philippines, I have lived in England for most of my life. I am proud of my Filipino heritage, religion, and background. With my entire family having experience either working in care or within the NHS, I have attained the Caring gene; I worked as a Health Care Assistant for a short time and enjoyed working with our elderly. No matter how challenging caring is, I was honestly captivated by the sheer experience and stories our elderly had.

I studied Geography back in university, and I love travelling to places with different cultures and obviously food! I stay active most of the time and love to play basketball. With all these in mind, my motivation has never been so high before, with a significant part coming from joining Right at Home Solent!
