Our homecare provider has once again achieved an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), an achievement that speaks volumes about our commitment to excellence.
This recognition isn't just a one-time award; it's a testament to the ongoing dedication and hard work of our team. Since our first inspection in 2018, we've strived to maintain the highest standards of care, and our efforts have paid off with this Outstanding rating, reaffirmed during a recent review in December 2023.
Maintaining and Excelling in Outstanding Homecare Standards
In a field where Outstanding ratings are rare, it's worth celebrating that only four per cent of home care providers across England received this prestigious grading last year. This accomplishment underscores our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
What's remarkable is that we haven't just maintained our Outstanding status; we've excelled in key areas. Achieving Outstanding in two out of five domains – Caring and Responsive – and being rated Good for being Safe, Well-led, and Effective showcases the depth of our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our service.
