Exceptional results from Right at Home Solent!
Right at Home Solent recently celebrated outstanding results from their annual WorkBuzz CareGiver Survey 2023. The anonymous survey rated Right at Home Solent as a five-star employer, with a 94% engagement score. Every aspect of the WorkBuzz survey improved from last year, and Right at Home Solent couldn't be happier.

The anonymous WorkBuzz survey allows Right at Home Solent to monitor the quality of training provided to CareGivers and, ultimately, the care given to Clients and how to improve. From the WorkBuzz Survey 2023, 100% of CareGivers would rate their initial training as "good" or "excellent", and they all agreed that they are clear on the expectations of them within their role as a CareGiver. The CareGiver results mirror the results from Right at Home Solent's Clients, with 100% agreeing that their CareGivers treat them with respect and dignity. Every year the WorkBuzz survey drives improvement for Right at Home Solent, and even with the phenomenal results this year, it's no different. From the results, we will focus on improving the travel time for CareGivers, the introductions between CareGivers and Clients, overall communication and lateness.
