Right at Home Solent Win Awards at National Awards Ceremony

Local Homecare provider Right at Home Solent is celebrating after recently picking up the Marketing Excellence and Young Ambassador of the Year Awards at the network’s Celebration Awards.

The annual awards took place at the national franchise’s prestigious ceremony on Thursday 28 September, at Hilton, St George’s Park. Over 200 members from the Right at Home network were in attendance. The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of franchises and employees who have gone above and beyond to make a difference in Clients’ lives and their local communities.

Right at Home Solent’s Hollie Mace was crowned Young Ambassador of the Year after judges were extremely impressed with what she has achieved in and outside of work, in such a short time. Hollie has been an ambassador since a young age and has become a real champion for careers in care. At just 22 years old, she is extremely passionate about her job and is a shining example of real progression within the Care industry, having progressed from CareGiver to Quality Service Manager in just two years.

Hollie was overwhelmed by her award win, saying:

“I’m so pleased to be crowned Young Ambassador of the Year. I’m passionate about working in Care and supporting Right at Home to make a difference every day. I’ve loved developing my skill set over the two years and am really keen to help attract more people into the sector. I’d like to say a huge thank you to Kev and Amy Popat, our franchise owners, for nominating me for this award and for always supporting me and my progression within my career.”

Upon receiving the Marketing Excellence award, Right at Home Solent was praised for its incredible attention to detail and clear evidence of Return On Investment. Judges felt that Right at Home Solent is clearly able to demonstrate how its initiatives have made an impact on the business, proving that drive and consistency always win.
