Hello, I'm Elisabete, also known as Lissa, and I am the Registered Care Manager at Right at Home Solihull. With over a decade of experience in the care industry, my journey has led me to a place where I am truly inspired by the commitment to excellence that defines Right at Home Solihull's approach to care.

Originally from Portugal, I made the UK my home 10 years ago. In September 2023, I joined the Right at Home Solihull team, and it quickly became evident why they are regarded as the very best in the field. The organization's unwavering dedication to its ethos, ethics, and values aligns seamlessly with my own professional principles.

As the Registered Manager, I take pride in ensuring that our services are personalized and of the highest quality.

The safety and well-being of our clients and CareGivers are paramount to me. Witnessing the positive impact we make in their lives on a daily basis is not just a responsibility but a source of genuine fulfilment. I am committed to upholding the standards of care that Right at Home Solihull is known for.

Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my beloved furry friend Benji. I have a passion for travel and am always eager to explore new destinations.
