Paayal Patel

Hi, I am the Operations Director, and a proud co-owner of Right at Home Solihull. I am from South London, more specifically Croydon and moved to Solihull in early 2021.

As a teenager, I used to help my dad run his local newsagents in Crystal Palace. This is where I learnt the importance of great customer service and kindness, which led me to create amazing relationships with people, especially the elder generation and the more vulnerable.

To put these skills into good use, and with a passion for helping people, I then went on to attend university and study Optometry, which I have been practicing since 2016. I have worked in a variety of practices, including all the leading high street opticians.

I felt my journey of giving back to the community and helping people couldn’t end there, which is why I am here now, and ready to expand into homecare. With this new venture, I am certain we can make a bigger difference in society, as well as helping all those who share the same passion of care, in progressing in their career.
