Sam has Asperger Syndrome and lives in his own flat. His parents knew he needed some supervision and assistance with living on his own and wanted to encourage his independence with support from a CareGiver of a similar age.

Bob's Story

The many years Bob spent as a soldier and active construction worker were beginning to take a physical toll. At first, he simply had trouble standing up from his chair without a helping hand, but he soon needed more help.

All the Carers are kind and efficient, and my Mum gets on very well with them, and always enjoys their visits. It is good that the visit is a minimum of one hour, as she especially enjoys the chats she has with them and finds the visits relaxing.

The carers have always been on time and I have never had a problem of missed appointments. They have been helpful and are proactive and able to sort minor problems in the house when needed.

The carers help Mum to get up in the morning and to go to bed at night and it is a relief to know that she has someone responsible at these times to check on her.
