Since opening our branch in 2016, this is our fourth year using WorkBuzz. The WorkBuzz Client satisfaction survey is a survey created for Clients to provide their feedback towards the company. This survey is completely anonymous. Clients can give true and honest feedback based on this.
We have many trusted services on offer for you to browse. These range from Elderly Care, Companionship & Support, all the way down to Live-In Care. Based in Nantwich, Right at Home South Cheshire was opened by our Franchise Owner, Ben Selby in 2016. Since then, we have received a CQC Outstanding Rating. We currently have a 9.9 rating on homecare.co.uk. Some highlights from our 2021 Client Survey Results, are shown below.
Client Survey
100% of our Clients felt that their CareGivers are trustworthy and dependant. Our Clients are always our main focus, which is why we are really pleased to see that 100% of our Clients felt that their carers make a positive difference to their life. This gave us a 5% increase on our 2020 Survey Results, and 3% higher rate than the Right at Home UK average. We have always known how important it is to our Clients that their CareGiver is on time. This year 96% of our Clients agreed that their CareGivers arrived on time.
Covid-19 has significantly affected all of us in the the past 12 months. Especially Key Workers, Vulnerable Adults and anyone working in health or social care. We’ve worked tremendously hard as a team to keep our clients safe and well cared for during the pandemic. We are over the moon that in relation to Covid-19, 96% of our clients have stated that they felt reassured and kept up to date with current Government regulations and guidelines.

Particularly during the Coronavirus Pandemic which has presented countless challenges over the last 12 months. Each and every staff member in our team has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Ensuring that our Clients have continued to receive an Outstanding care service was key. They should feel proud to be Key Workers.
Although we are very happy with the results overall, we can also see that there are key areas that we can improve. For example, the communication and responsiveness from the office team has been highlighted as an area where there is room to improve. But this is what anonymous survey are all about as far as I’m concerned, and so I want to say thank you to all the clients that participated and assure you that we have listened to your feedback.”
Feedback gained from this survey has allowed us to create an action plan. This will be used to implement changes needed to move the company forward. The main areas we aim to improve on is communicating changes and our response times to queries coming into the office. We have already invested in our office team since the survey was sent out to our Clients and we will be looking carefully at how the team can improve in 2021.
