Award-winning homecare employer in South Cheshire
We have received a 5* Employer Award in South Cheshire, for the second year running.
Since opening our branch in 2016, this is our fourth year using WorkBuzz. The WorkBuzz CareGiver satisfaction survey is a survey created for employees to provide their feedback towards the company. This survey is completely anonymous. CareGivers can give true and honest feedback based on this. To date, this is our second 5* Employer Award.
The results show that for Initial Training & Support, we received an overall score of 97%. Employees were asked whether the initial training and support helped them understand why Right at Home is different from other homecare providers. 100% of staff recorded that the training helped them understand this. This rating was a 5% increase from our results in 2020 and was 8% higher than the Right at Home UK average. 95% of staff said that they were proud to work for Right at Home. 90% recommended Right at Home as a great place to work.
Right at Home South Cheshire, also received a high mark for the response to the Covid-19 pandemic. For this, we received an overall score of 97%. This area of the survey is completely new. Staff were asked if they felt that they had received enough support from their Business Owner or Manager/Supervisor. 93% of staff recorded that they felt supported. This has helped us receive our 5* Employer Award in South Cheshire.

Feedback gained from this survey has allowed us to create an action plan, which will be used to implement changes needed to move the company forward. There were two main areas that we will focus on in our action plan, which are to work on improving our CareGivers overall wellbeing and to make it easier for CareGivers to speak up and challenge the way things are done.
