Meet Gerald...
Gerald is one of our lovely clients, who we have recently had the privilage to interview, getting his 'inside scoop' on what care with Right at Home South Cheshire means for him.
Gerald has been with us for roughly a year now, he was told in hospital he would need support when returning home, and things were going to hae to change for him. This is when he met Zoe who talked him and his loved ones through the services we offer, our on boarding process and all the information he would need before making a decision if our care was the right choice for him.
How has our care made a difference?
Gerald | Client"It's the best thing that's happened ... I've met and made new friends ... and everybody who comes through that door there is very welcome!"
Gerald explained to us that the idea of care was really off putting for him at first, but within time, he found himself making new friends, enjoying their company and embracing the support they give him.
Like any normal person, for sure he has his favourites! But he told us he finds a way to have a laugh with all of his carers, and they all manage to put a smile on his face.
Gerald's care has really improved his life since coming out of hosiptal, helping him to return home to a 'new normal' for both him and his wife.
