How we can help kickstart your 2025
We are going into 2025 with a positive mindset and prioritising our health (and yours too!). With 2024 coming to an end and new beginnings upon us, we understand that many people are starting to look towards their future, which is why you may have stumbled across our page…
Looking for care near you in 2025?
You’ve come to the right place! Our at-home services really do make all the impact on individuals and their lives, whether it be through companionship, meal preparation, dementia care, and so much more, we can help you through 2025. Deciding on homecare can be difficult for some but it shouldn’t be, and with us to help you through the step-by-step process, you know you are in good hands.
We cover all local areas in South Cheshire and to name a few; Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Haslington, Alsager, Congleton and other surrounding areas. And with a strong team across all these areas, we are able to be at your doorstep when you need us most.
How does the process work?
Let's go through it as simply as possible, below are the three key steps in the process of signing up for care:
- To get the ball rolling we start off with the enquiry, meaning that you can either fill out an enquiry form or contact us at the office and talk to one of our friendly team members to discuss your situation and why you want or need care.
- Then comes the assessment (sounds scary doesn’t it, spoiler alert, it's not!), this is where one of our highly trained team members will come and introduce themselves to you, we carry out all checks that are needed to assess what type of care you will need, how often and other factors that come into creating your personalised care plan.
- After this, we begin forming your personalised care plan, tailored to your needs, that is as long as you want to go down the route of care with us. Once the plan is created, we can then begin carrying out care calls for you!
Does care really make a difference?
Yes, it does! Without a doubt, care can be the difference between maintaining/improving independence and losing it. Care can help in so many ways that we could be here all day listing them, therefore you can read our real reviews, found on homecare.co.uk, and listen to people’s experiences with our care:
“Right at Home have been supporting my mum over the last year and I cannot fault the service they provide. It is often hard for an older person to accept care after being independent for the majority of their lives. The staff at Right at Home have treated my mum with sensitivity, respect and dignity. Little by little they have gone from being carers to friends that care and that Mum looks forward to seeing. I highly recommend this company.
“I had a heart operation in May and needed care support for the first month at home. I had several care support assistants but they all on my behalf carried heavy things, laundry, hoovering and preparation of meals. They were all excellent and completed all tasks.”
“I contacted Right at Home after my mum suffered a fall, to help support her recovery. From the first call onwards the service and care mum has received has been excellent and has definitely helped her recovery and re-build her confidence.”
