Ella Underhill & Rachel Harris join the Right at Home Team

We would like to welcome both Ella & Rachel to the Right at Home team. Both join Right at Home, with a wide range of experience within their sector and we are extremely happy to have them on board.
Ella Underhill
Ella has joined the Right at Home Team as our Care Team Leader for the Winsford, Alsager, Middlewich and Sandbach area. Ella will assist our Care Manager Keri, in these areas.
Ella's key responsibilities will include:
- Client Enquiries
- Supporting with Client Assessments
- Supporting with Client Reviews
- Working out in the field with Clients & Staff
Rachel Harris
Rachel has joined our team as the Training Coordinator. Rachel joins Right at Home with an experienced knowledge of training within the care sector.
“I have many years’ experience in the health and social care sector, mainly caring and supporting individuals living with dementia within a nursing setting.
I have been a training coordinator for 2 years and am extremely privileged to be working with a team that puts the want, wishes, and needs of the clients first with skilled, and compassionate caregivers".
Rachel's Key Responsibilities include:
- Induction Training
- Refresher Training
- Supporting staff with additional training needs
- Care Certificate observations
- Training Compliance
