That's why we have a preferred minimum visit time of one hour, enabling both our CareGivers and Clients to have a positive experience that allows not only time for support to be provided where it is needed, but also to have a conversation and allow for social interaction. What responsibilities and duties will I have?
A CareGiver's core responsibilities will depend on are and Clients? Our care services range from Companionship to Live-in Care; and no two days are ever the same. All roles within the company, have the shared aim of helping to improve the lives of our Clients, and also their families.
Companionship Care - is the company of another person who you enjoy spending time with. Our companion care services in South Cheshire may involve support with regular activities in the community, such as spending the day at the Nantwich Right at Home Adult Day Centre or going for a walk around Queen’s Park in Crewe.
Personal Care - is support that involves physical contact between a CareGiver and Client. This can include washing, dressing, toileting, grooming and continence care. Our South Cheshire-based personal homecare services are delivered within the comfortable and familiar surroundings of your own home.
Live-In Care - involves having a trusted and reliable Carer live with you in your own home. Our private live-in Carers are available across South Cheshire to offer support with day-to-day activities, companionship, personal hygiene, housekeeping and specialist medical care. Our live-in care services in South Cheshire are a viable alternative to a care home, offering one-to-one highly personalised, flexible care and support in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of your own home.
What does a typical day as a CareGiver with Right at Home look like?
Each of our CareGivers will agree that no two days are the same, with new challenges and Clients differing wants and needs, there is always something new to learn. However, the one thing that remains a constant, is the incredibly rewarding feeling of knowing that every day, you are helping someone to live a happier, more fulfilled life.
