Grace - Carer Team Leader

Grace joined Right at Home South Liverpool in 2022 with no prior experience in care. Since then, she has grown into one of our most valued, selfless, and conscientious carers. Grace's dedication to her clients is unparalleled; she often stays extra time to ensure their needs are met, brings them their favorite biscuits, and supports their families with any questions about their loved ones' care.

As a Carer Team Leader, Grace excels in mentoring new staff members, promoting best practices, and upholding the highest standards of care. She also plays a crucial role in completing client assessments, ensuring personalized and effective care plans are in place.

When not at work, Grace enjoys motoring about in her new car, having recently passed her driving test—a milestone we are all immensely proud of. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
