Tracy Casey - Training Coordinator

Tracy Casey is an indispensable member of the Right at Home South Liverpool team, serving as our amazing Training Coordinator. In her role, Tracy is dedicated to arranging and delivering comprehensive training programs for our both new and existing Care staff. She meticulously maintains training records and keeps the training matrix up to date, ensuring all care staff meet and exceed compliance standards.

Tracy's support extends beyond managing and delivering our training; she collaborates closely with care coordinator and the management team to address in-field concerns, conduct spot checks, and assess care certificate competencies. Her efforts are pivotal in guaranteeing that our caregivers are equipped with the highest standards of training, fostering their confidence and skills.

Tracy excels at recognising potential within our team and plays a crucial role in helping our carers achieve their Level 2 & 3 NVQs in Health and Social Care. Her commitment to professional development is evident as she mentors and supports our amazing carers, contributing to the development of the next generation of Health and Social Care Workers.

Often seen out in the community with the sunroof down when the sun is shinning, Tracy is known for her enthusiastic and supportive presence.
