I'm Tanya, a mum of two children & two furbabies and I'm a bit dog mad. I have been in the care industry for 12 years now and I hold an NVQ level 3 in health and social care.
I have been with Right at Home since April 2021, I absolutely love being out in the community making a difference to my clients, whether that's helping them achieve a goal, listening to them or making the smile. I spend a lot of time forming a strong bond with my clients to ensure their care is person centred and delivered at a high standard.
I am now a Senior CareGiver and I am qualified to train new CareGivers that join our Right at Home team with moving & handling, medication administration and basic life support - I love doing the training, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I enjoy setting high standards for new CareGivers right from the start. As I'm out caring in the community, I know of any issues that may arise so I can give first hand experiences on how to overcome any challenges.
