• Why did you start working in care?

I started working in care when I was in high school, I did a 2 week placement in a care home and I really enjoyed it. Making a difference in a persons life, putting a smile on there face and caring and loving them like they are your own grandparents, all these things made me fall in love with my job role.

Mechanic

• If you could chose any super-power what would it be and why?

To disappear

• What do you do to unwind after a long day?

Spend time with my family and watch my son play football

• What one piece of advice would you give to someone wanting to get into care?

Go ahead and do it, it is such a rewarding feeling when making a real difference in peoples lives plus you would gain valuable skills and experiences that would stay with you for a life time
