Basic Life Support Training
We recently completed a Basic Life Support (BLS) training session with 17 delegates from diverse backgrounds. Each participant contributed £23 toward our defibrillator fund for Didsbury Park. In return, they gained a life-saving skill that could make a critical difference in an emergency situation. Their generous contributions are not only an investment in their own abilities but also a donation toward essential equipment that could significantly improve the chances of survival for someone experiencing cardiac arrest.
Given that the total cost for the defibrillator, including ongoing maintenance, is £1,000, we have now raised £391, the amount still needed is:
So, we still need to raise £609 to fully fund the defibrillator and its maintenance.
